Returns & Exchanges

Please note, the returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only. Please contact your closest boutique for our in-store returns policy. 

To register for an online return, contact our customer care team at customercare@husk.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation Number and Form.  

Please re-pack your item and enclose the completed Returns Form within the parcel. Items being returned must follow our Return Terms and Conditions listed below. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your Return Form or take it into your closest boutique. Once your return is received by Customer Care or your boutique Manager, it will be checked to ensure it complies with our Returns Terms and Conditions and a return outcome will be determined.  

Return Terms and Conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Return Form.
- Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, and in it’s original packaging, eg. shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed.
- For change of mind, we will not accept any returns that are not in the original condition as when purchased.
- Sale items and pierced jewellery are not eligible for return. We do not issue refunds on any discounted items including any promotional discounts.

To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following:
- Try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.
- Do not apply any body moisturisers before trying shoes, clothing and accessories in order to avoid marking leather, suede and other delicate fabrics.
- Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments.
