RETURNS

Please note, the returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only. Please contact your closest boutique for our in-store returns policy. 

Husk online offers you a 7 day return policy, beginning when you receive your item. This DOES NOT include sale items and pierced jewellery. 

Returns Conditions:

- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

- Merchandise must be returned with tags attached, and in its' original packaging, eg. shoes must be returned in their original box.

- Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed.

- For change of mind, we will not accept any returns that are not in the original condition as when purchased.

- Returns must be posted back to Husk head office within 7 days of receiving them. Address listed below.

To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

- Try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.

- Do not apply any body moisturisers before trying shoes, clothing and accessories in order to avoid marking leather, suede and other delicate fabrics.

- Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments.
